How to make Scrambled Egg with Tomatoes





3 tomatoes

1.5 egg

15g green onion

½ teaspoon chicken powder

¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

3g salt

60 ml chicken juice


How to make

Firstly, Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Secondly, In a blending dish, join the eggs (beaten), chicken powder, ground white pepper, salt, and chicken stock.

Thirdly, In a saute skillet, hotness up some oil on high temperature. Add tomatoes to saute until delicate, around 3-4 minutes. Lessen to medium high temperature, include egg mixture. Saute until delicate fried eggs are framed. Trim with green onions. Prepared to serve.
