How to make Chinese Tea Flavored Egg Recipe



Egg 10
Illicium 8  units
Salt 2 teaspoons
Dark  soy sauce 2 soupspoon
Soy sauce 5 soupspoon
Rose liquor  1 teaspoon
Dark  soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Pu’er tea/ Green tea 8 soupspoon


How to make

1. Boil the eggs with 8-10 minutes, then takes out by the cold hose water immersion, knocks the crack the egg shell with the porcelain spoon gently.

2. Puts the eggs in the pot, pours into the clear water to cover egg, adds the seasoning to mix evenly and boil, covers the top at least a half hour.
